GIT and its vendor group offers warranty customized to different needs. This includes global and regional service support.

RMA Service

GIT provides dedicated contact windows to servicing RMA. Backed by back-end departments and vendor group, the contact windows provide real-time information for several services including RMA ticket requests, product repair tracking status, obtaining product repair reports.

External Sales and Manufacture Arm

Where IP Rights of the product / sub-system belongs to the clients, and GIT being already competent with all aspects of the product / sub-system, we offer to be a licensee or consulting arm of the clients to promoting and selling the product / sub-system.

Where IP rights of the product / sub-system are co-owned with GIT, we closely discuss with clients regarding commercializing the product / sub-system with royalty, all of which clients make final decisions.
